Who we are

Genzi AI Pte Ltd (UEN 202509698D), registered at 21 Tan Quee Lan Street, #02-04, Heritage Place, Singapore 188108. References to we, us, and our mean Genzi AI Pte Ltd.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect:

• Your name, work email, company name
• Your phone number (only if you provide it)
• The workflow description you share with us

We also log standard server data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for the purpose of detecting abuse and preventing spam.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
• To follow up about Genzi’s services if you express interest
• To keep an internal lead log so we don’t lose track of conversations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your submissions to train AI models.

Where it lives

Lead submissions are stored in our internal systems on Google’s cloud infrastructure (asia-southeast1, Singapore) and notified to our team via email through Resend.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s PDPA you can request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you. Email hello@genzi.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of analytics cookies to understand which pages get traffic. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
